One-way Split-Dubrovnik Sailing Route

Perhaps the best thing about one-way sailing adventures is that you won’t visit the same destination twice!

Route in brief

Start each new day on a different island, in a new bay…

This route starts in Nava marina in Split and ends in ACI Marina Slano near Dubrovnik. Along the way, you will see numerous islands and coastal towns that will captivate you with its stunning beauty.

Day 1

Split (Nava marina) – Pakleni islands (22 Nm)

Sail in direction of Palmizana.

It’s a perfect place to relax with swimming, skinny dipping, snorkeling – the choice is yours!

Day 2

Pakleni islands – Lastovo (38 Nm)

On day 2, sail off for Lastovo.

The island was isolated since World War II, and is still unknown to many.

Day 3

Lastovo – Korčula (25 Nm)

Next, head out for Korcula and finish the day sipping on great local wines or admiring the skills of the Knights of Moreska.

The historic, fortified town lies on the east cost of the homonymous island.

Day 4

Korčula – Mljet (17 Nm)

On day 4, arrive to Mljet, Croatia’s greenest island.

Safest anchoring places are Polace or Pomena.

Day 5

Mljet – Ston (38 Nm)

On your way to taste Ston, stop by the Odyssey’s cave or the Saplunara bay.

The famous bay has a stunning sandy beach, perfect for vacation with small children..

Day 6

Ston – Šipan – Dubrovnik (10 + 16 Nm)

On your way to Dubrovnik, visit Sipan, the largest island of the Elaphiti archipelago.

Time practically stands still and you can take it easy before reaching the pearl of the Adriatic.

Day 7

Dubrovnik – Slano (15 Nm)

Make one more stop for a swim or dive before reaching your final destination – ACI Marina Slano and our new base.

Places you’ll visit

Pakleni islands

Here you can relax in one of the numerous bays and coves of Paklenski islands sip your cocktail on board or explore the dense pine forest and find your favorite restaurant.

The popular and chic Hvar town is just a taxi boat ride away. Here the selection of nice, fancy, homey, cozy or popular restaurants is even greater and you can continue exploring the rich nightlife (boat taxi is much more practical and safer way to visit the busy and bustling town of Hvar).

Lastovo

Lastovo “hides” one of the youngest nature parks, perfect diving and snorkeling spots and the stars will seem closer than ever.

Unravel its beauties and relax away from the crowds. Skrivena Luka (Hidden Harbor) is one of the safest natural harbors on the Adriatic.

Korcula

Korcula is an island of many legends, perfect swimming spots, beautiful nature.

We recommend watching Knights of Moreska as they reenact the medieval sword dance. Tickets cost app. 15 € per person and can be purchased in local travel agencies – during high season performances are scheduled every Monday and Thursday.

Mljet

The island is popular among travelers for its untouched piece of Croatian heritage.

The western part of the island Mljet is a National Park with two salt water lakes and a Benedictine monastery and wonderful green nature that awaits little and big explorers.

Ston

Ston is proud of the longest fortifications in Europe and their 2000-year old salt production.

When visiting local restaurants and taverns, oysters and mussels & some of the fabulous Pelješac wines are a must-try.

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is one of the world’s most beautiful and best-preserved medieval towns.

It has so much to offer – explore the small town squares, private and public palaces, the impressive fortifications or find your favorite café or restaurant in Dubrovnik or just admire the ramparts from the most impressive perspective – the sea.
